Unfortunately, our office does not accept packages on your behalf. However, you can have them delivered directly to your doorstep, or use a nearby Amazon Locker or UPS Access Point for convenience. Let us know if you need further assistance!

Lease
Yes. Residents must obtain and maintain renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage during the term of their lease. If the resident has an pet, their policy must cover pets and animal bites. If the resident does not have renter’s insurance, they may contact ResidentShield, a leading insurance company that offers high quality, low cost insurance protection to residents of our community. More detailed information about ResidentShield can be found at www.residentshield.com or by calling a licensed agent at (800) 566-1186.
Residents also have the option to get coverage through a different third party provider. If a resident elects to obtain coverage from another insurance carrier, they will be required to provide the declarations page for their policy, including the name of their insurance company, the policy number, the effective and expiration dates of the policy and ensure that our property and information below is listed as an Additional Interested Party on the policy:

If we do not receive an updated Renter's Insurance Policy, the resident will be enrolled in our Master Insurance Policy and will have a recurring monthly lease charge to cover the home only. This policy does not insure your personal property within the home.
Our shortest lease terms start at 1 month.
Our lease terms range from 1 - 12 months.
Pets
No, exotic pets are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, livestock, poisonous reptiles, amphibians or fish, snakes, birds of prey, insects, arachnids, and rodents (including hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, and mice.)

We allow 2 pets per household.
Parking
Resident parking is complimentary. Reserved parking is available for a monthly fee. Visitor parking is complimentary up to 2 days per week.
No, Mountain Ridge does not have carports available.
Guests must follow the instructions to register their vehicle at parkmyplate.com/visitors. Registration lasts 24 hours. Visitors may register for free up to 2 times every 7 days. Additional registrations require a fee of $20 per day. Please contact our office with any additional questions about vehicle registration.
Parking at Mountain Ridge is available on a first come, first served basis. We also offer reserved parking for a monthly fee. Please contact the leasing office for pricing and availability.
At Mountain Ridge, we allow up to 2 vehicles per household.
Motorcycles must be parked in the normal parking spaces. Motorcycles are not allowed on sidewalks, breezeways, patios, or inside apartments.
Visitor parking is located at the front entrance and at the back of the community.
